A request by Pamela Yarosh for a special exception concerning Article 3, Section 304.1 of the zoning ordinance.

Applicant proposes an increase in capacity from six (6) to twelve (12) dogs maximum for a light commercial business (dog kennel) on the property described on Map 206, Lot 15 in the General Residential District with a street address of 298 Route 18. Original special exception was granted in Case 12-03.
