The Town of Sugar Hill Supervisors of the Checklist will hold a session on the following date:
- The Town of Sugar Hill Supervisors of the Checklist will hold a special session on the following date at the Carolina Crapo Building, 1411 Route 117 in Sugar Hill, NH.

- Tuesday, June 2, 2026 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. for:
- Change of Party Registration, where additions and corrections to the checklist may be made (RSA 654:32). This is the last day for voters already registered to change or declare a party affiliation. Only undeclared voters may declare a party and vote on primary election day. (RSA 654:34). Voters who register subsequent to this date may declare a party when they register (RSA 654:15).
- Re-registering Voters Session: New Hampshire law requires that the Supervisors of the Checklist verify the checklist every year. Any person on the checklist who has not voted in the past five years (since April 1, 2021) must re-register to remain on the checklist, unless the voter registered after the last state general election. The supervisors are sending notice letters to these voters at the address the voter provided when registering. Voters may check party affiliation online by completing the Voter Information Lookup form: https://app.sos.nh.gov/voterinformation
Applicants for re-registration must bring required documentation: proof of identity, age, citizenship and domicile, when they come to register. Details on documentation accepted can be found at NH Secretary of State Register to Vote: https://www.sos.nh.gov/elections/register-vote

Thursday, June 4, 2026 from 5-5:30 p.m. to update the checklist after annual verification letters were sent in accordance with RSA 654:39.
The meeting will be held at the Carolina Crapo Building, 1411 Route 117 in Sugar Hill, NH.

Registering to Vote in New Hampshire
To be eligible to register and vote in New Hampshire a person must be:
- 18 years of age or older on election day;
- A United States Citizen; and
- Domiciled[1] in the town or ward where the person seeks to vote. To register, you will need to provide documents that prove your identity, age, and citizenship. Please visit the State website above for further details if you are not yet a registered voter in Sugar Hill.

The meeting will be held at the Carolina Crapo Building, 1411 Route 117 in Sugar Hill, NH.
(This notice, dated January 21, 2026, supersedes any previous notices for a meeting in February 2026.)
