Case 24-01 A request by Anji Seth and Christopher Stoltze for two variances concerning Article 3, Section
304.4 of the zoning ordinance.
Applicant proposes building a replacement house without proper setbacks on the property described on Map
203, Lot 15 in the Shorefront District with a street address of 160 Streeter Pond Road.
Applicant also proposes that the replacement house, which is non-conforming, exceeds the allowable 120% of
the original house on the property described on Map 203, Lot 15 in the Shorefront District with a street address
of 160 Streeter Pond Road.
