We are polishing the silver and setting out the china!

Join the Willing Workers and the Sugar Hill Historical Society for an August Community Silver Tea Party on Saturday August 20, 2022 from 2 to 4PM at the Sugar Hill Meetinghouse. We are celebrating you in gratitude for your efforts in support of the community. Grandma’s Attic will be open. Music by Tyme and Lace. Floral arrangements by Emily’s Floral Studio.

For a pleasant day out, also plan a visit to the Sugar Hill Museum. This year’s feature is “The Picture Frame”. The Museum will be open from 11-3. Come for a relaxing reminiscence of the Betty Davis Era. All are welcome! Dress elegantly, wear a fascinator or hat, or your favorite t-shirt and jeans.

Our family event will provide a buffet of finger sandwiches and sweet and savory treats such as scones and petit fours. Beverage options include hot or iced tea, coffee and lemonade. The music of Frank Sinatra and Michael Buble, as well as Kim Carnes (Bette Davis Eyes) will be provided by the Haven’s duo ‘Tyme and Lace’. There will also be an exhibit of 1900’s hats, jewelry and the apparel of Willing Workers of that era.

Everyone is Welcome!!
